Nature Made Sam E Review & Giveaway!

Feeling moodiness, anxiety, depression, or have achy joints then you might want to try take the supplement Sam E to relieve those symptoms.  According to several medical research studies there have been great promise shown for those patients using Sam E along with other medications.  Though you should ask your doctor if you are already taking medications for arthritis, anxiety or depression.

I had wanted to try Sam E for it’s arthritis benefits and when I got the chance to give it a go  I grabbed it.  I’ve been taking it for more than a week now and haven’t noticed a lot of difference but that isn’t surprising as it may take some time to get adequate results for arthritis.   Though you could begin to see improvement in mood in as little as 7 – 14 days!  I’m normally a pretty cheerful person anyway.  What you ask is Sam E?

Sam E is a synthetic form of a compound found naturally in the body.  This energy producing compound found in all cells of the body is derived from the essential amino acid methionine and adenosine triphosphate (ATP).  First discovered in 1953, Sam E is believed to work by providing Methyl to the body in reactions and converted to a compound called S-adenosyl-homocysteine.  It essentially turns the cells of the body to the on position making them work.

Reports show Sam E to lesson osteoarthritis pain as effectively as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication and to be well tolerated, and may help to increase the levels of serotonin and dopamine which would improve moods.  There is also some hope that Sam E may even help in those with liver disease.

Though I haven’t really been taking it long enough to give an adequate evaluation as to it’s effectiveness on arthritis, I do think it is helping.  You can be sure that if I find it working to really ease arthritis pain I’ll be shouting it out to the rooftops.  If you don’t want to wait for my assessment, talk to your doctor and see if Sam E is right for you.  You can find Nature Made Sam E at your local pharmacy.  Expect to pay $18 – $50 for a months supply.  Some doctors have recommended taking vitamin B supplements to increase the effectiveness of Sam E which I am already taking.  Nature Made also offers a reward program when you purchase any of their vitamins.  Just look for the code on the side of the bottles and enter them into the rewards program to get your points credited for lots of different items.  It’s easy to sign up.

Know anyone who need improvement in their moods?
Nature Made is graciously giving one of my readers a 3 Month supply of Nature Made Sam E to try for themselves along with a reusable water bottle and journal!  How fabulous is that!?   To enter: Just tell me who this would be for: ie who in your family could use help with mood improvement.  Be sure to include a valid email address or have it readily available in your profile so that I can contact you if you are the winner.

I really use Sam E and can attest to it's benefits first hand. I would be trying to win for myself, as I take these supplements, you really do feel a difference right away when you take them, and they have many other benefits aside from mood improvement, they also help the joints and aid the liver, and help to PREVENT problems down the line! I am keeping my fingers crossed!
