The health benefits of vinegar have been known for hundreds of years now, but the benefits of coconuts have in comparison only been known about here in the west for a short time. Thanks to Tropical Traditions who is not only providing organic and healthy products made from coconuts but for also educating us about their benefits and uses known through out the world for years.
Made using Organically grown Muscabado whole cane sugar in it’s fermentation to make vinegar the Tropical Traditions Coconut Water Vinegar loses none of the nutrients and minerals because it is not heat processed like commercial vinegars you find. Nor does it use white processed sugar like you find in commercial vinegars. The Muscabado whole cane sugar which gives it it’s golden color is used up in the unpasteurized fermentation process leaving you with a vinegar containing no sugar content but all of the minerals as well as electrolytes too feed the body and keep it hydrated.
You can make a cool and refreshing drink using 1 to 2 tsp. of Tropical Traditions Coconut Water Vinegar in an 8 oz. glass of water. A very healthy way to stay refreshed if you ask me. This is how I’ll be using it. Of course I’ll be making a vinaigrette to use on salad as well. Or use it in numerous other recipes that require vinegar.
